To do this, you need to learn about one interesting culinary trick. It was told by the expert of the online publication "Belnovosti" in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.

How to Make Pea Soup in 35 Minutes

The secret to making this dish so quickly is to pre-grind the split peas.

Turn the product into a loose mass. But do not overdo it: you should get not "flour", but a mass in which there are still grains.

Grinding the peas should be done using a coffee grinder: pour the product into it in portions.

As a result, you will get a loose mass that will cook quite quickly.

170 grams of this "powder" should be put into a three-liter saucepan filled with water to about 60 percent. The liquid should already be very hot by this time.

Immediately add the next ingredient to the container: three sliced potatoes.

Reduce the heat to minimum and wait for about a quarter of an hour. During this period, the contents of the pan should be stirred periodically.

While the peas and potatoes are being cooked, you need to fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in a frying pan.

Place the vegetable mass into a saucepan along with 450 grams of smoked meats. Don't forget about the spices.

The contents of the container should be cooked for another 20 minutes. As a result, the most delicious pea soup will be ready.

For reference

Pea soup is a soup whose main ingredient is fresh, frozen, canned or dried peas.
