Many eaters especially appreciate the “Royal Vatrushka” – a pie with an airy, delicate curd filling.
The most interesting thing is that the process of preparing this delicious dish is so simple that even a person who is far from cooking can handle it.
Baking lovers also appreciate this type of cheesecake for this reason – it does not require much time and effort to prepare.

By the way, you can cook a pie not only in the oven – a multicooker also solves the problem effectively.
The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
Ingredients
For the crumb dough we need chilled butter (200 grams), one and a half cups of flour and three quarters of a cup of sugar.
You also need salt and soda - a pinch each.
For the filling you need cottage cheese (400 grams), a glass of sugar, 4 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Also, a handful of raisins, candied fruits and nuts (to taste).
To grease the bowl – a tablespoon of butter; for decoration – berries or nuts.
Preparation
Let's start with the dough. Cut the chilled butter into small cubes.
Combine with sifted flour, sugar, salt and soda, then knead until fine crumbs form.
For the filling, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar using a blender.
Then add the cottage cheese and continue whisking – the mixture should become homogeneous and airy.
We wash and dry the raisins, and chop the nuts into large pieces with a knife.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter or line it with parchment paper.
Pour in two thirds of the crumb dough and spread it over the bottom.
Add the curd filling on top, sprinkle with raisins, nuts and candied fruits. Cover with the remaining crumbs.
After this, activate the “Bake” mode and cook the dish for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Finishing stage: let the pie cool a little and then carefully remove it.
If you want to decorate, you can sprinkle it with nuts, berries or powdered sugar.
