The recipe for a dish for a romantic dinner was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
Ingredients
We will need the following products:
– carnaroli or arborio rice (160 grams);
– cream (2 tablespoons);
– butter (50 grams);
– crushed pistachios (30 grams);
– red and pink rose petals (two handfuls);
– dry white wine (1 glass);
- green onions;
– vegetable broth (1 to 3 cups);
– grated Parmesan to taste (up to 3 tablespoons);
– salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Soak rose petals in water for 1 hour, then dry.
Chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with a little oil. Add the rice there – fry for another 1 minute.
Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate, then gradually add the vegetable broth.
Stir constantly. When the rice has absorbed all the liquid, add more broth (half a glass).
Add dried rose petals approximately halfway through cooking. Bring our product to readiness.
Then add cream and grated parmesan, mix well.
Serve the dish, having previously decorated it with the remaining rose petals and coarsely chopped pistachios.
