The recipe for this delicious dish was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need 300 grams of cabbage, two eggs, salt and black pepper (to taste).
You will also need a quarter teaspoon of oregano, 20-30 grams of cheese and butter (for greasing the pan).
Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a bowl and mash it a little with your hands, then add salt and pepper.
Break the eggs into the same bowl. Mix thoroughly – it should be a homogeneous mass.
Grease the frying pan with butter, then place the cabbage and egg mixture on it and smooth it out with a spatula.
Sprinkle grated cheese and oregano on top.
Next, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
The dish is ready as soon as the bottom of the flatbread is browned.
Serve it hot, so to speak, piping hot, and enjoy the divine taste.
