However, in the case of minced meat, it may seem that there is no way to fix the situation.
But Yulia Arkhipova, a culinary expert at the BelNovosti online publication, explained that even oversalted cutlets can be saved.
How can this be accomplished?
Change your cooking utensils
As a rule, we use a frying pan to cook cutlets, but this will not save us from excess salt. Therefore, it is worth using a steamer.
In this case, the cutlets will be tasty and healthy, and no one will know about the excess salt.
Bread with milk
If you notice that the mince is clearly oversalted, then it is time to act. It is suggested to add a couple of pieces of white bread, which are pre-soaked in milk.
Water
If the mince is very salty, then special measures should be taken: it will have to be washed most thoroughly. Then add salt and necessary spices again.
