You will need:
- cottage cheese (5% fat) 400 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- sour cream (10% fat) 2 tbsp.
- sugar to taste;
- vanillin, cinnamon, dried fruits or berries to taste.
How to cook
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Then beat the eggs together with sugar until foam forms.
2. Add grated cottage cheese and sour cream to the prepared mixture and mix everything until smooth.
3. Add spices or berries with dried fruits to taste, mix the finished mass and transfer to a baking pan greased with oil.
Spread the dough evenly over the entire surface and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
When the casserole is browned, check its readiness with a match and serve. Enjoy!
