The process of creating a cold dessert will be quite simple and quick if the cook knows about one trick in advance.
So, the main ingredient should be condensed milk.
This product is good because it already contains fatty and sugar components, without which it is impossible to make truly delicious ice cream.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, a cook and a fourth-class baker, spoke about how to prepare a homemade delicacy from condensed milk.
Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
Take a saucepan and pour 400 milliliters of milk into it.
Place the pot on the stove, turn on the burner and start heating the drink.
Add 70 grams of diced butter to the hot milk.
Heat the mixture until the butter pieces melt. Important: do not let the milk boil vigorously.
Beat the resulting mixture with a blender.
Next, add 120 grams of condensed milk and repeat the previous procedure.
Place the container with the resulting mass in the refrigerator, and then remove the container to “process” the mixture with a mixer.
Place the future ice cream in the freezer for several hours.
Periodically, the treat will need to be taken out for re-whipping. It is advisable to do this every half hour.
As a result, you will get a gorgeous ice cream: airy and very appetizing.
