With pickles
Dry the bread in a frying pan, spread with cottage cheese or cream cheese, and put salted or pickled cucumbers, cut into circles, and boiled eggs, chopped in the same way, on top.
All that remains is to place the sprats on the sandwiches and decorate them with herbs.
With red caviar
For this version of sandwiches, the bread should be spread with a thin layer of butter and a teaspoon of caviar should be placed on top.
All that remains is to add 2-3 sprats to each toast, and you can use lemon slices and sprigs of fresh parsley as decoration.
With olives
The baguette should be cut into pieces, lightly drizzled with olive oil and fried in a frying pan.
Preparing the other ingredients involves slicing the leeks and olives into thin slices and grating the Parmesan cheese.
The first layer on the baguette should be sprats, followed by olives, onions and parmesan.
With tomatoes and crab sticks
