Do you want to prepare some simple and light, but at the same time interesting looking and very appetizing salad?
Then you should pay attention to the recipe for a dish with the beautiful name “Lights of Paris”.
The ingredients are the simplest and most accessible.
Despite this, the salad is a real culinary masterpiece.
And the dish is beautifully presented: the plate with the dish can be safely placed on the festive table.
The recipe for a gorgeous salad was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
Recipe for the Lights of Paris Salad
First, chop two red onions. Place the resulting pieces in a deep container, fill them with water and add one tablespoon of nine percent vinegar.
While the onion is marinating, cut one cucumber into strips.
Similarly, chop one bell pepper and 200 grams of sausage.
The next step is to shred one carrot. Use the side of the grater that has the smallest holes.
Next, take a large plate and start placing the ingredients on it.
Place four tablespoons of mayonnaise in the center of the bowl.
And around the sauce, place all the previously prepared ingredients (cucumber, pepper, sausage, pickled onion).
Also, find a place for canned corn. Half a can will do. Of course, no liquid is needed.
Oddly enough, that's all: you can put the plate on the table.
The Lights of Paris salad should be presented as separate components. It looks very beautiful and colorful.
The ingredients must be mixed right at the festive table and immediately before eating the dish.
You can mix the ingredients in a common plate. Or you can do it this way: each person takes the required amount of each ingredient and “combines” them in their own bowl.
