- fermented baked milk 1 l;
- sour cream 500 g;
- fresh herbs to taste;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
The hardest part of this recipe is going to the store for sour cream and fermented baked milk.
The products must be mixed in a deep bowl.
Then chop the greens. For this amount of ingredients, one sprig of dill and one sprig of parsley will be enough.
Add salt and other spices to taste, mix until smooth.
Then take a colander and line it with 2-3 layers of gauze.
Pour the finished mixture, cover with gauze on top and leave alone to allow the excess whey to drain.
After an hour, you can leave the future cheese under pressure, and in 5-6 hours you will have the most tender cheese for making sandwiches. Enjoy your meal!
