Butter is an important component of the diet of every healthy person.

Of course, you can find it in any store, but there is also the opportunity to prepare this product at home.

Below you will find the simplest recipe for homemade butter. The instructions are so easy that anyone, even a novice cook, can easily handle it.

The main ingredient that you should have in abundance if you decide to make butter is cream.

Their fat content should be at least 30%. It is even better if it is a farm product. The main thing is not to use industrially pasteurized or ultra-pasteurized cream, otherwise nothing will work.

Heat the cream until it boils, then cool it as quickly as possible and put it in the refrigerator.

They must be kept in the cold for at least 5 hours. This is necessary to allow the milk fat to harden.

The next step is whipping. The speed of the mixer should be increased gradually during this process.

Start with the lowest speed and work up to the maximum. After 10-20 minutes, you will see that the mass has begun to separate into buttermilk and oil.

When the latter has completely separated, use a spatula or spoon to scoop it out of the bowl and place it in cold water.

To make the butter even more delicious, you can use spices, herbs and salt as additives.

Homemade butter should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator – it can last here for up to several weeks.
