Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, said that this dish can become healthier if you significantly reduce the amount of mayonnaise added.
Well, in general, if you want a minimum of calories, you need to try to indulge in this dish less.
And during the cooking process, you can reduce the amount of mayonnaise added to the salad by half.
The expert suggests using low-fat sour cream instead of mayonnaise. You can add mustard, vinegar or soft cottage cheese.
Of course, the taste will be different, but perhaps you will like this version of herring under a fur coat even more.
