How to make cocoa with lemon
Take a saucepan, pour half a liter of milk into it and place the pan on the switched-on burner.
When the white liquid becomes hot, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon and the required amount of sugar.
At this stage of preparation, you need to use a secret additive - lemon zest. Use a "strip" that is about four centimeters long.
Bring the contents of the container to a boil again.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and cover the dish with a lid: let the prepared drink steep.
After a few minutes, remove the zest and pour the cocoa into cups, mugs or glasses.
The drink will delight you with its bright aroma and the presence of a pleasant sour-bitter taste note.
