You will need:
- eggs 5 pcs;
- milk 250 ml;
- butter 60 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. In a deep bowl, mix eggs with salt.
2. Then pour in the milk. If necessary, warm it up to room temperature.
3. Beat the mixture with a fork, but not until it becomes fluffy, but until it becomes a uniform mass.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease the baking dish with butter.
5. Pour the egg mixture into it and put the omelette in the oven for 20 minutes.
When ready, cut the omelette with butter, wait until it cools down a little and serve.
