How to Freeze Tomato Paste

Cover the tomato paste with another sheet of parchment paper on top.
All that's left is to lightly press each portion with the bottom of the glass so that it becomes flat. In this form, the portions of tomato paste will freeze much faster and, in addition, will take up less space on the freezer shelf.
Once the pasta portions are frozen, carefully place all the layers in a zip-lock bag and store in the freezer.
