How to cook stewed cabbage in Turkish style
Take a deep frying pan, pour oil into this dish and throw in 300 grams of minced meat.
After 7 minutes, add 3 chopped vegetables to the container: onion (1 piece), tomato (1 piece) and garlic (3 finely chopped cloves).
As another additive, you need to use tomato paste (3 tablespoons).
Stir the mixture well and continue heating it.
After 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to the mixture, and at the same time add the following spices: paprika and hops-suneli.
Next comes the time for the main ingredient: add 700 grams of shredded cabbage to the pan.
Reduce heat to low and simmer the contents of the container for half an hour (or a little less).
The result is a dish with a very bright taste.
