Everyone is accustomed to the fact that a section of a boiled egg cut in half looks like this: in the center is the yolk, around it is the white.
And few people know that an egg can be cooked with the yolk on the outside.
In other words, the "shell" may be yellow and the core white.
To get such an unusual dish, you need to ensure that the white and yolk of a raw egg swap places.
But how to do it? An interesting method was told by the expert of the online publication "Belnovosti" in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
How to Boil an Egg with the Yolk Out
You will need the following tools: tape, nylon tights and a flashlight.
First, shine a flashlight through the egg to check the color: it should be quite light.
Next, completely cover the surface of the egg with duct tape.
After this, place the product in tights and tie them on both sides so that the egg is well fixed.
Next, grab both ends of the nylon product with your hands and begin to twist the egg.
This must be done quickly and for quite a long time: at least 5 minutes.
As a result, a centrifuge effect will occur, as a result of which the white and yolk, which have different densities, will switch places.
To find out if the desired effect has been achieved, shine the light on the egg again: the color should be darker than the first time you checked it.
Next, take the egg out of the tights and, without removing the tape, carefully place it with a spoon into a saucepan with boiling water.
Then remove the sticky tape and shell from the hard-boiled product. Cut the egg in half - and you will see that the yolk is on the outside and the white is on the inside.
