Cheese buns can be baked for tea, or served for lunch instead of bread.
The pastry is quite simple, but at the same time spectacular. And the cottage cheese and suluguni cheese give a pleasant taste and aroma.

You will need:
- cottage cheese 5% 180 gr;
- flour 5 tbsp;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- cheese (suluguni) 150 gr;
- baking powder 3 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- sour cream 1 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, leaving a third for sprinkling the buns.
2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream and two-thirds of the grated cheese.
3. Mix flour and baking powder, add to the mixture, add salt, knead the dough.
4. Form the buns into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the buns for 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before they are ready, take them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and put them in the oven.
If you want to bake healthy buns, replace wheat flour with whole grain flour. Enjoy!
