You will need:
- flour 330 g;
- butter 50 g;
- eggs 4 pcs;
- sugar 300 g;
- vanilla sugar 8 g;
- kefir (fat content 2.5%) 240 g;
- baking powder 2 tsp;
- soda ¾ tsp;
- salt ½ tsp.
- vegetable oil 120 gr.
How to cook
1. Mix regular and vanilla sugar, salt, vegetable and melted butter in a bowl. Beat until smooth.
2. Then add eggs at room temperature and continue beating.
3. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and sift half of the resulting mixture into the liquid dough base.
4. Stir and add kefir at room temperature, then sift in the remaining flour.
5. Grease the baking tins with butter, fill them 2/3 full with dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
