You will need:
- oatmeal 200 g;
- boiling water 400 ml;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- sugar 70 g;
- apples 3 pcs;
- cinnamon 1 tsp
How to cook
1. Immediately turn on the oven to heat up, setting the temperature to 180 degrees, and grease the baking dish with oil.
2. Pour boiling water over the flakes and leave to steam for 3-5 minutes, covered with a lid.
3. Peel the apples, cut one into cubes and grate the rest on a coarse grater.
4. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and add cinnamon, continuing to beat.
5. Mix apples, eggs, oatmeal and mix everything thoroughly.
Place in a mold and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve with natural yogurt or berries. Enjoy!
