We present to your attention a simple, but incredibly delicious recipe for chicken cutlets with mushrooms and tomatoes, which will definitely win your hearts and taste buds.
These juicy cutlets, covered with a golden crust of cheese, will be a great addition to any table, be it a family dinner or a festive feast.
Ingredients:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet;
- 2 onions;
- 250 g fresh mushrooms;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- salt;
- pepper;
- 1 egg;
- 35 g flour;
- 30 g of fatty mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking recipe
Peel the onion. Pass the fillet through a large grinder, and one onion through a small grinder.
Combine, add salt, pepper, flour, mayonnaise, egg, knead. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Finely chop the mushrooms. Cut the second onion into rings and fry.
Add salt and pepper.
Form cutlets from 2 tbsp of minced meat. Fry until done.
Grease the baking tray with oil and put the cutlets on it. Put the filling on them. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Put a circle of tomato on each mushroom.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the cutlets.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cutlets until the cheese melts.
