Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, offered a recipe that allows you to prepare a dish with maximum disclosure of all the taste qualities of cauliflower.

Ingredients

We will need:

- a fresh head of cauliflower;
- three chicken eggs;
– half a glass of milk;
– premium wheat flour (4 tablespoons);
– sea salt;
– ground black pepper;
- refined vegetable oil.

Preparation

Remove the leaves from the cabbage head and rinse thoroughly under running water.

Pour clean water into a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt.

Wait for the water to boil and add the cabbage for 7 minutes. Then take it out and divide it into florets.

To prepare the batter, beat the eggs in a deep bowl until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Gradually pour in the milk and stir constantly. Next, add the flour in small portions.

After that, add salt and pepper, but this is to your taste.

Then heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom.

We will dip the prepared cauliflower florets into the batter one by one.

After this procedure, they must be carefully laid out on a heated surface.

The end of frying will occur when a golden crust appears.
