Crab stick rolls
Unfold 10-12 crab sticks and cover each of the resulting “leaves” with the egg-cheese mixture.
This mixture is very easy to prepare: grate three boiled eggs, add 100 grams of grated cheese, a couple of crushed cloves of garlic, herbs. The mixture must be salted, peppered and seasoned with a small amount of mayonnaise.
