How to add apples to cutlet mince correctly
Take two fruits, peel them and grate them.
Leave the container with the apple pulp aside for now.
Take an onion, chop it and put the resulting mass into a heated frying pan with a little vegetable oil poured into it.
Start frying the onion. After a couple of minutes, add the grated apples.
The heat treatment of the mixture should continue until the onion component is completely cooked.
Next, take a deep container, put 600 grams of minced chicken, two crushed garlic cloves and the onion-apple mixture into it.
Mix the mixture thoroughly, break a raw egg into it, add salt and ground pepper.
After mixing again, you will get a cutlet base, from which you need to form “washers”.
Roll each of the resulting raw cutlets in corn flour and fry on both sides.
