You will need:
- chicken breast (smoked) 200 g;
- onion 1 pc;
- cheese 200 gr;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- carrot 1 pc;
- apple 1 pc;
- mayonnaise (other sauce to taste);
- sugar 2 tsp;
- salt ½ tsp;
- vinegar 1 tbsp;
- boiling water 200 ml.
How to cook
1. Boil the carrots until done and the chicken eggs until hard-boiled.
2. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings, then place in a bowl and pour in the marinade.
3. To prepare the marinade, mix sugar, salt, vinegar and pour boiling water over it all.
4. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, and grate the eggs, apple, carrot and cheese on a coarse grater.
5. Form layers: place some carrots, apples, chicken, mayonnaise, pickled onions, some cheese, eggs and the remaining carrots on the bottom of the plate.
Cover the creation on all sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cool and serve. Enjoy!
