Rosemary
Many people remember parsley and dill, which really go well with potatoes. But don't forget about rosemary.
With its help, the side dish will be much more aromatic and delicious.
It is enough to add just a couple of sprigs to change the side dish for the better.
Water
Do not add too much water. In this case, the taste of the potatoes will be very weak. According to the rules, the liquid should only "rise" slightly above the product.
Garlic
Some people add a couple of cloves of garlic directly during the cooking process. In this case, you can also add an onion and carrot to add a hint of flavor.
But it is best to add chopped garlic to already cooked potatoes. The component should be mixed with parsley and dill.
In this case, the side dish will be exemplary.
