Every housewife wants to learn how to make perfect syrniki: in this case, a tasty and healthy treat can always be served at the table.
Syrniki will be a great alternative to unhealthy and high-calorie desserts.
However, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on cooking and culinary issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, reminds us of the most common mistakes.
What are some of the shortcomings that are important to avoid?
Sending wet curd to the mixing container
Using wet cottage cheese will definitely ruin the taste and quality of the syrniki. Due to the excess moisture, you will start adding more flour. As a result, the texture will be "clogged" and reminiscent of rubber.
If you add semolina instead of flour, you simply won’t taste the cottage cheese.
Eggs
You shouldn't add more than two eggs to a serving of syrniki: it definitely won't do the dish any good. It's best to add one egg for every 250 grams of cottage cheese.
The desire to make syrniki sweeter
If you add too much sugar, the curd mass will, of course, become sweeter. However, such syrniki will stick to the pan and fall apart.
Therefore, try to compensate for the lack of sweetness with jam, and add sugar according to the recipe.
