The advantage of this recipe is that you can use any mushrooms you have on hand.
How to make special oil?
First, you need to prepare the mushrooms. Depending on the variety, the preparation will depend. Some are easy enough to clean, others need to be kept in water for a while. Some forest mushrooms are recommended to be pre-boiled.
Then we put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry.
In a separate pan, fry the onion with garlic and salt. Add spices and herbs if desired.
When the mushrooms are ready, they are combined with vegetables and mixed. All this time, a pack of butter should be in the kitchen so that it reaches room temperature.
Add oil to the mushroom mixture and mix until smooth.
Then we put the mushroom oil in cling film, shape it and freeze it.
