The essence of the "on and off" method
When preparing scrambled eggs, almost all amateur cooks do not remove the frying pan from the burner.
But the professionals do it this way: they alternate cooking the dish on high heat with stirring the egg mixture in the cooling pan.
Thanks to this approach, the scrambled eggs turn out very tender, airy and incredibly appetizing.
You need to do the following: start cooking the food on high heat. Stir the contents of the dish.
After 30 seconds, move the pan from the on burner to the off burner. Continue stirring the egg mixture. After 10 minutes, return the pan to the fire.
During the entire cooking time of scrambled eggs, it is enough to perform only three such cycles.
