Temperature selection
If you like rich coffee with bitterness, the water temperature should be about 95 degrees. The same rule applies to fans of strong drinks.
If you like a softer taste of coffee, then you should cool the water to 89 degrees. The drink will become very gentle and delicate.
Lid
Not everyone knows that when brewing coffee in a mug, it is worth using a lid. In this case, you will be able to preserve the richness of the taste and the brightness of the aroma.
