Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to bake cheesecakes with pumpkin.
You will need:
- cottage cheese (9%) 300 g;
- pumpkin 200 g;
- egg 1 pc;
- sugar 2 tbsp;
- semolina 2 tbsp;
- cinnamon to taste,
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Grate the pumpkin pulp on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice.
2. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and salt, add the egg, mix, then mix with the grated pumpkin.
3. Add semolina, cinnamon, stir and leave to brew for 30 minutes.
4. Form the cheesecakes, bread them in flour and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
