Homemade sausages almost always turn out tastier than store-bought ones.
But there is a problem: usually the preparation of the dish takes too much time.
Luckily, there is a recipe that requires you to lose only 20 minutes.
Plus, you only need to use three ingredients, all of which are readily available.
An interesting recipe for homemade sausages was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
How to make homemade sausages
It turns out that you can create a culinary masterpiece from just three products. We are talking about the following ingredients:
- minced meat (600 grams);
- milk (200 milliliters);
- favorite spices (you can limit yourself to using table salt).
Combine all the above ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix the contents of the container until you get a homogeneous and fairly thick mass.
Next, take some parchment paper and put some of the prepared mixture on it (2 tbsp is enough)
Try to make a sausage out of the mass and wrap it as if it were a candy. In other words, use the parchment as a "candy wrapper". Tie the ends of the paper with a thread.
Make these “meat candies” from the remaining minced meat.
Place the resulting pieces in a preheated frying pan. No need to use oil.
Fry each "candy" on four sides. The duration of heating the sausage on each side should be exactly 120 seconds.
After frying the ingredients, pour some water into the pan, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for another 6 minutes.
The total cooking time for the sausages is unlikely to exceed 20 minutes. At the same time, you will get a gorgeous dish, distinguished by incredible juiciness and softness.
