However, if you use a trick from the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, the cutlets you prepare will be no worse than those served in restaurants.
How to make "airy" mince
Preparing that very “airy” mince is a piece of cake, because all you need to do is add a special mixture, prepared in a couple of minutes, to the cutlet mass.
Break 1-2 eggs into a blender bowl, add 2 onions and 2 small cloves of garlic.
You also need to add salt and black pepper to taste. You can also add other spices, but this is optional.
Now turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes, and then combine its contents with the meat minced through a meat grinder.
Thanks to this “airy” mixture, the cutlets always turn out tasty, soft, tender and airy.
