How to make quality cheesecakes?

Products needed for the recipe

- a pack of cottage cheese (200 grams);
- two large spoons of sour cream;
- three large spoons of flour;
- a large spoon of sugar;
- a little vanillin with salt;
- oil for frying.

Method of preparation

The cottage cheese needs to be visually assessed: if it is wet, then dry the fermented milk product slightly. Then transfer it to a blender and add the specified amount of sugar. Bring to a uniform consistency.

Then sprinkle with salt and vanilla, mix. Add sour cream.

Use the blender again to achieve smooth consistency.
