Quick Pie with Cottage Cheese and Cheese: You Can't Find a Faster and Easier Recipe

You can make a simple pie from leftover food if you happen to have some lavash, cottage cheese, and cheese lying around in the refrigerator.

You can even use a drying sheet of lavash for this recipe.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make a lavash pie.

You will need:

  • lavash - 100 gr;
  • cottage cheese - 120 g;
  • cheese - 90 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • milk - 130 g;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook

1. Pour milk into a bowl, add eggs and cottage cheese, salt, pepper, tear into small pieces or crumble the dried lavash sheet into the milk.

2. Grate the cheese. Add to the mixture of milk and lavash.

3. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass is formed, let the lavash soak and prepare the baking dish.

4. Grease it with butter, place the dough inside, preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.

You can sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve when it cools down. Enjoy!
