As it turns out, it is easy to increase their shelf life, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on culinary issues at the BelNovosti online publication.
What options can be considered?
Vegetable oil
This simple trick will increase the shelf life of eggs by a whole week. Take a napkin and treat it with any vegetable oil.
Afterwards, you will need to carefully grate the eggs so as not to damage their shells.
Salt
It is believed that such eggs can remain fresh for up to 60 days, which is quite an impressive figure. You will need to take a container into which we pour about three liters of water.
Next, dissolve 50 grams of regular salt.
We send the eggs and store them directly in this container. It is better to choose a cool and dark place.
Ash
This method is ideal for farmers who have their own home eggs. You need to take a capacious box and pour a layer of ash into it.
Take the eggs and place them round side up. Put another layer of ash on top.
In this case, the eggs will remain fresh for four months.
