Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare unusual cheesecakes with green onions and dill.
You will need:
- cottage cheese - 380 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- butter - 30 g;
- green onions - 20 g;
- fresh dill - 10 g;
- flour - 10-20 g;
- salt to taste and vegetable oil for frying.
How to cook
1. Mix the cottage cheese and egg, stir, add salt to taste and sift the flour.
2. Finely chop the onion and dill, add to the curd mass and add the melted butter.
3. Mix until smooth, form the cheesecakes and fry in a preheated frying pan or bake in the oven.
Serve as usual with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
