Recipe for zucchini cutlets
Grate two zucchini. Put the resulting mass in a bowl, sprinkle the chopped vegetable with a small amount of salt (half a teaspoon will do), mix the contents of the container well and set it aside for 10 minutes.
During this time, you will have time to cut 6 slices of bread into cubes and grind them in a blender. The same should be done with one onion.
When 10 minutes have passed, drain the zucchini mass of excess liquid. Mix the resulting base with the previously chopped bread and onion.
Add to the mixture 2 raw eggs, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, a couple of finely chopped garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon flour.
The result will be a base from which you need to form several "washers". Roll each of them in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.
