How to make egg marinade

- two eggs;
- three cloves of garlic;
- a small spoon of coriander (ground);
- any other spices and salt.
Cooking process
This marinade is easy and quick to prepare. You need to use a fork to bring the eggs to a uniform state. Then add chopped garlic, salt, spices and coriander.
We process the meat with the resulting marinade. It should wait at least an hour before cooking. But for a greater effect, it is worth waiting at least three hours.
