Cooking cutlets is easier than it seems, but it would be good if they turned out juicy and beautiful in appearance.

This does not require any special ingredients. The main thing is to find a good recipe and follow the technology.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told about just such a recipe.

You will need:

  • minced meat (pork-beef) - 1-1.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.;
  • bread - 200 gr;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook

1. Peeled potatoes and onions should be grated on a fine grater, soak the bread in milk.

2. Add a raw egg, salt and pepper to the bowl with the minced meat, mix and add the vegetables and bread.

3. Add a little vegetable oil to the minced meat, stir and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

4. Heat the frying pan, form the cutlets with wet hands and fry them in the frying pan on both sides, without covering with a lid.

All fried cutlets need to be stewed over low heat until done. Enjoy your meal!
