What do they consist of?
Jar
First of all, it is worth noting that the greens are first washed, dried and cut a little. After that, take a jar of a suitable size, pour in water and send the greens.
Cover the top with a bag with holes. Change the water every 24 hours. The greens thus remain fresh for up to 14 days.
It is worth leaving such a "bouquet" on the bottom shelf.
Container
If you have containers, you can safely use them to store greens. Put a layer of paper towel on the bottom, put the greens in and close.
This method also promises to keep the product fresh for up to 14 days.

The towel should be lightly sprayed with water from a spray bottle and completely wrapped around the greens. In this form, the product will remain fresh for quite a long period of time.
