Summer residents don't know what to do with the zucchini harvest at the end of summer. But instead of giving the vegetables to neighbors and friends, try making this dish.
A nutritious and tasty dinner can be prepared from just one overgrown zucchini.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook.
You will need:
- zucchini;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- onions - 3 pcs.;
- garlic - 1 head;
- cheese - 50 g;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- herbs, salt, spices to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise, remove the pulp, spoon onto a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chop the onion, chop the garlic and fry them in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Then add minced meat, salt, spices and bring it to readiness.
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes into circles, chop the herbs.
5. Stuff the finished zucchini, decorate with tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, and a few minutes before it's ready, sprinkle with grated cheese. Enjoy!
