How to cook cereals with vegetables?
List of required ingredients
- a glass of buckwheat and twice as much water for cooking;
- one piece each of onion, carrot, tomato, beetroot and sweet pepper
- two tablespoons of oil for frying;
- a bunch of any greens;
- salt with spices.
Cooking process
You need to immediately send the buckwheat to boil, having sorted it out and washed it well. Then we send the product to the pan, pour in water, add salt and bring it to full readiness.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, sweet pepper and tomato. Grind the beetroot and carrot on a grater. Pour oil into the frying pan. First fry the onion, after a couple of minutes add the carrot, then the sweet pepper.
Add beets and tomatoes, stir, salt, add spices and wait for about five minutes. Add ready buckwheat and stir again.
Add chopped herbs and serve.
