A new recipe is gaining popularity. The idea is to beat the product with an egg. Those who have tried it say it tastes better than just fried zucchini.
This recipe was shared by the culinary expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova.
According to her, you will need two young zucchini, which need to be cut into cubes.
Next, we place these cubes in a suitable container, where we add eggs (break them into it).
Using a blender, beat the contents of the container until it resembles porridge.
Then add a teaspoon of salt and half the same teaspoon of pepper. Squeeze three cloves of garlic.
Let's mix it all up, then add a finely chopped bunch of dill to the same bowl and mix again.
Then add 140 grams of flour. Stir. Now add two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Form pancakes with a ladle or spoon and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
