How to quickly cook beets
1. For cooking, choose medium-sized vegetables - they are tastier, cook quickly and dishes made from them are more colorful.
2. Clean vegetables should be placed in boiling water and cooked over high heat for 2 minutes after boiling in an open pan.
3. Then add bread crust to the water, which will help prevent the appearance of an unpleasant odor.
4. After 15 minutes of placing the beets in the water, remove the pan from the heat and drain the water, pouring ice water over the vegetables.
5. Leave the beets for 15 minutes, and you can start peeling.
