How to cook cabbage rolls with potatoes
Take 800 grams of potatoes, peel them, chop them coarsely and boil them.
While the nightshade is cooking (this process will take at least 20 minutes), fry two diced onions in a frying pan.
When the chopped vegetable becomes soft, add 300 grams of minced meat.
The result will be an onion-meat mixture, which will need to be added to the potato mass obtained after “processing” the boiled nightshade with a potato masher.
Next, prepare the cabbage leaves and wrap the prepared filling in them.
Fry the resulting envelopes and stew them in a sauce consisting of fried carrot and onion mixture, tomato paste and plain water.
After about 40 minutes, the delicious potato cabbage rolls will be ready.
