Poached eggs with toast and avocado
You will need:
- eggs;
- bread;
- avocado;
- salt, spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Bring water to a boil in a wide, deep saucepan, then reduce heat to medium, add salt, crack the egg into a bowl, but do not stir.
2. Stir the water to form a funnel and pour the raw egg into it.
3. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a slice of toasted bread spread with avocado pulp.
With cauliflower toast
It will be required
- eggs;
- cauliflower - 1 head;
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp;
- spices to taste;
- butter - 1 tbsp;
- garlic to taste;
- spinach leaves;
- lemon juice.
How to cook
1. Place a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and with cabbage cut into steaks (1.5-2 cm thick) in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
2. Cabbage should first be greased with vegetable oil, sprinkled with spices and garlic.
3. Then the steaks can be stewed with a couple of spoons of water under the lid for 10 minutes, poached eggs can be prepared and placed on plates with spinach.
