Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared a recipe for making cheap pollock - according to her, if you use onion batter-marinade in the kitchen, then the dinner will be truly luxurious.
Get to the point: cut the fish into portions about 1.5-2 cm thick.
After this, you can begin preparing the secret ingredient of the recipe – the onion marinade, which also serves as the batter.
To do this, chop 1 medium-sized onion in a blender (you can use a grater).
Now add to it 1 egg, 2.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of flour.
Salt and pepper to taste. You can use your favorite spices.
Marinate the fish by dipping it in the prepared marinade for 20-25 minutes. Then fry each piece in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
The fish turns out delicious, juicy, tender and literally melts in your mouth.
