Make the egg not scrambled, but with a yolk on a "cloud".

Yolk on a Cloud Recipe
Take several chicken eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Process the first component with a mixer. The transparent and viscous mass should turn into a white and airy one with stable peaks.
Divide this base into several portions. The number of the latter should correspond to the number of yolks.
Take a baking sheet, place parchment paper greased with vegetable oil on it and “build” a “nest” from each portion of protein.
Next, make a small hole in each "cloud" and put the yolk in it. Salt the "nests". You can use additional ingredients (for example, cheese or sesame).
Place the metal sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. The baking time should be about a quarter of an hour.
The result is an incredibly beautiful and very tasty dish - an ideal replacement for regular scrambled eggs.
