How to make Polish soup

You will need: 600 grams of potatoes, two onions, two carrots, one and a half liters of pork broth, 200 milliliters of cream (25-30%), 300 grams of ham or sausage, green onions, a teaspoon of paprika and marjoram, 5 cloves of garlic, two bay leaves, salt and pepper.

Fry the onion a little, then add the diced carrots, then the potatoes, and finally the ham (sausage).

Add the fried vegetables and sausage to the broth, cook for 20 minutes over medium heat, add salt, spices, chopped garlic and cream.

Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, add green onions to the almost ready soup.
